The longest drive

It really is. Driving through thirteen hours of nothingness in southwest Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and eastern Colorado to reach the mountains is painful. Especially when you are not going for the mountains. This past weekend I took a little road trip with  Ezra and his parents for a cousins wedding in Colorado Springs. I’ll admit, Nebraska’s rolling sand hills are beautiful. Oh! Also, since I’m really trying to move from photography to photojournalism, many people have emphasized the importance of names. I have no idea why I have the ability to talk to people for a long time yet get anxious when I’d need to ask them for their name for photo info. Probably because I don’t work for anyone, and don’t feel like I have legitimate reason. But I asked for three names and you will see them! Spencer the bike-cabbie, Scott the reindeer carver, and Chris Lee, visiting friends in Denver from Busan, South Korea.
Here’s some of the long weekend!
